GLICO Pensions was incorporated in 2010 and licensed by the National Pensions Regulatory Authority (NPRA) as a corporate trustee under the National Pensions Act, 2008 (Act 766).

GLICO Pensions customizes pension schemes to suit the different needs of the various segments of the working population and currently has three key products to cater for the 2nd & 3rd tier pension needs of workers in both the formal and informal sectors.

It is the number one pensions trustees company in Ghana to have been recognized by the regulator as having met all regulatory requirements.
The Company is also the number one Corporate Trustee for Tier 2 pensions management with a 20% market share in terms of the number of registered Tier 2 companies.

GLICO Pensions currently provides topnotch third party administration services for some of the large pension schemes in Ghana, chief among them being the Ghana Education Service (GES) Pension Scheme. The Company also manages two major Master Trust Schemes namely: GLICO Master Trust Occupational Pension Scheme and GLICO Master Trust Provident Fund Scheme.
