Nana Charles Osei-Bonsu is an experienced corporate lawyer and a seasoned Human Resource professional with both private and public sector experience as well as national and international organizational experience. He particularly has extensive knowledge in the banking and financial sector, information technology, legal education and the oil and gas industry.

He is currently a Human Resources Consultant and a private Legal Practitioner with over 24 years of experience. Nana Osei Bonsu, until the year 2020, was the General Manager, Legal & Human Resources, of the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC) having assumed the role in 2018.

Before joining GNPC, he served as the Registrar and Chief Administrator of the Ghana School of Law and Secretary to the Board of Legal Education from 2013 to 2017.

He has also held managerial positions in reputable private and government institutions such as the SSB Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, State Transport Company, Ministry of Employment and Social Welfare and the State Insurance Company (SIC).

He holds a post graduate degree in Public Administration from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), Barrister-at-law from Ghana School of Law, MBA in Human Resource Management and LLM both from the University of Ghana, Legon. He also holds an executive certificate in Labour Productivity from the Georgia State University, Atlanta, and an executive certificate in Gas Business Management from the International Human Resources Development Corporation (IHRDC) in Boston, United States of America.

Nana Osei Bonsu is a member of the Ghana Bar Association, the American Bar Association, Association of International Petroleum Negotiators (AIPN) and the Institute of Human Resource Practitioners of Ghana.
